If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the terms below.

You may request a refund if:

βœ” The product never arrived within the maximum delivery timeframe
βœ” You cancel before the order is processed by the supplier
βœ” You can provide proof (photo/video) of the issue

Note: Refunds do not apply if the customer provided incorrect shipping details.

The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

If more than 14 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund.

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refund will be issued within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be sent via the original payment method (PayPal/Bank/Card)

You may cancel only if:

  • The order is still in β€œProcessing” stage
  • The supplier has not shipped the product yet

If the item has been shipped β†’ cancellation is not possible.

If your item does not arrive within:

You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement, whichever you prefer.
