If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the terms below.
πΉ Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
β The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
β The product never arrived within the maximum delivery timeframe
β You cancel before the order is processed by the supplier
β You can provide proof (photo/video) of the issue
Note: Refunds do not apply if the customer provided incorrect shipping details.
πΉ Timeframe for Return or Refund Requests
The request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
If more than 14 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a full refund.
πΉ Items Not Eligible for Refund
β Products used, damaged, or altered by the customer
β Change-of-mind purchases
β Digital & downloadable products
β Items without proof of problem
πΉ Refund Processing Time
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refund will be issued within 5β10 business days
- Refund will be sent via the original payment method (PayPal/Bank/Card)
πΉ Order Cancellation
You may cancel only if:
- The order is still in βProcessingβ stage
- The supplier has not shipped the product yet
If the item has been shipped β cancellation is not possible.
πΉ Lost / Delayed Shipments
If your item does not arrive within:
β³ 45 days for standard shipping
You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement, whichever you prefer.
